Jack Karraker
Jack founded Kairos after several years of building and operating large-scale youth athletics programming alongside his work with Fresno State Baseball.
Through Bulldog Baseball Camps, he developed multi-year partnerships across multiple school districts, helping create programming with capacity to serve nearly 1,000 students annually while overseeing program design, staffing, budgets, equipment, schedules, district coordination and on-site execution.
Those experiences revealed a larger opportunity: districts need reliable partners who can create meaningful student experiences while also handling the operational complexity required to deliver them well.
Kairos was created to take that proven execution model beyond baseball — beginning with athletics and expanding into broader student enrichment opportunities.
