Kairos was founded by Jack Karraker, whose professional background includes years as Camp Director and Operations Lead for Bulldog Baseball Camps, Fresno State Baseball's youth camp program.
His hands-on experience includes overseeing camp administration, staffing, program logistics, district relationships, financial planning, and large-scale youth camp operations.
